What is NSGAFÖU Cable
NSGAFÖU Cable is a single core flexible rubber cable for power and general wiring. It is widely used in Automation & Process Control industry, in switch cabinets and to wire general devices with a voltage rating of 1.8/3kV. NSGAFÖU Cable is short-circuit proof and is recommended for wiring railway vehicles (rolling stock) and buses for earth-fault-proof routing.
NSGAFÖU Cable Construction:
Cores: Of tinned copper wires, multi-wire flexible classes 5 according to DIN-EN 60228
Insulation: EPR rubber compound type 3GI3 according to DIN VDE 0207 part 20
Insulation color: Natural
Outer coverage: 5GM3 flame retardant and oil resistant compound according to DIN VDE 0207 part 21
The color of the outer cover: Black

Minimum ambient temperature for permanently laid cables: -40°C
Minimum ambient temperature for cable laying: -25°C
Maximum core temperature during short circuit: +250°C
Minimum bending radius: 5x outer diameter of the wire
Standard packaging: On drums of 500 or 1000 m. It is possible to offer other lengths of sections and types of packaging.
