What is 16/2 SJOOW Portable Cord ?
16/2 SJOOW Portable and Power Cable is part of our Power Cables & Portable Cord line of Wire & Cable. 16/2 SJOOW Portable Cord is composed of 2 bare copper conductors with a 26/30 stranding, an ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber (EPDM) insulation, and a neoprene jacket. These cables are rated for a voltage of 300 volts, an amperage of 13 amps, have a temperature range of -40°C to 90°C, and weigh approximately 67 lbs/MFT.
16/2 SJOOW Portable Cable may be used for portable tools and equipment, portable appliances, small motors, and associated machinery. This cable is water, oil, moisture, and abrasion-resistant, is highly flexible, has good tensile strength, elongation, and aging characteristics, and is UL Listed and CSA Certified for both indoor and outdoor use.
